The project to support the right of young girls who work as housemaids was the third project to be sponsored by the UNESCO Gala.

Girls under 15 years old who work as housemaids were supported in that they were protected. School re-integration programs were developed to assist the young girls with a new start or a return to school. Furthermore, they were reunited with their families.

Two learning rooms were built and equipped for this informal training course and kindergarten classes were established as well as cultural out of school activities such as painting and theater workshops.

Finally, it was strongly encouraged that the young girls attend school and participate in all the activities to insure the sustainability of the project.
